FOOD is a mobile and web-based dining service aimed at helping travelers find personalized restaurant recommendations. I conducted an end-to-end data analysis covering retention trends, marketing channel performance, and re-engagement strategies based on a real user dataset.

Key insights included:

  • Retention drop after first week; strongest among app users due to push notifications.
  • Google Ads and Referrals produced the highest ARPU, while Email & Organic had lower ROI.
  • Most returning users re-engaged within 18 days, making it the optimal intervention window.

Recommendations included improved onboarding, segmented re-engagement campaigns, and channel-specific marketing optimization. The project helped validate how analytics can inform both product and growth strategies.
