Getting HireMate to market.

  • Defined the target market: SMBs (10–250 employees) in India's tier-1 tech and services sector as the beachhead segment
  • Developed detailed positioning and messaging framework differentiating HireMate from ATS-heavy enterprise tools
  • Designed a freemium-to-paid conversion model with clear feature gating and upgrade triggers
  • Mapped the full launch sequence: beta, limited release, public launch with channel strategy per phase
  • Defined acquisition channels: content marketing, LinkedIn outreach, HR community partnerships, and referral loops
